Electrical Engineering Technology: Alternate Energy Systems [New Brunswick Community College, NBCC]

Have a positive impact on our planet by learning how to be a “green” engineer technologist. Our two-year Electrical Engineering Technology: Alternate Energy Systems program introduces you to the production, distribution and installation of electrical energy systems, with an emphasis on sustainable energy sources such as wind, solar and geo exchange. Become familiar with generators, control systems, energy storage, computer software and other technologies, and you’ll get to work with local businesses and individuals on a senior project related to renewable energy systems at either the production or installation phase.
