This requires that you represent both management and employees fairly, equally, and respectfully. This program prepares you for that role by giving you a strong generalist portfolio of skills. You learn to deal with issues as diverse as hiring and new employee orientation, wage structures, performance management and collective agreement negotiation, and emotionally difficult decisions such as downsizing or letting people go.
