Even more importantly, you acquire a solid grounding in the legal theory behind each of those procedures.
The focus of this program is to develop supervisory, problem-solving, communication, and computer skills enabling graduates to become part of an organization's management team. You also learn the technical and traditional aspects of managing electronic and paper-based information.

In addition to learning office procedures and business computer applications, an emphasis is placed on critical thinking, customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. The program focuses on the practical demands of a modern office including organizing activities and meeting deadlines.
