“Students will be instructed in customer service, hotel services, and menu planning and design. They will also be provided with an introduction to managerial concepts including accounting, marketing, law and human resource and the four functions of management. Graduates will have a good understanding of the front and back operations of a restaurant, hotel, resort and lodge and the basic managerial skills necessary to coordinate the day‐to‐day operation.”
